For the past 40 years, Radian has provided quick turn CNC Machining in the Bay Area. We have provided CNC Machined prototypes as well as production CNC Machining to Silicon Valley start-ups and to market leaders in the telecom, aerospace, medical, defense, and semiconductor industries.

Radian’s Bay Area precision CNC Machining facility is located in a newly renovated 35,000 sq ft facility in Santa Clara, CA.

Radian is centrally located in Silicon Valley and is an ITAR registered organization. Our Quality controls have been audited by most of the top bay area electronics companies. In addition to our manufacturing capabilities we also have a large team of Mechanical Design engineers who are well respected for their ability to create either new designs or provide advise on DFM (Design for Manufacturability)

Radian has been assessed by NSF-ISR and found to be in conformance to ISO9001:2015. All of our products are RoHS-6 Compliant, as defined by EU Directive 2011/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8th 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, unless otherwise requested. RoHS Certificate of Compliance is available upon request.

Radian is also well know for its thermal design services, and offers both standard, and custom heatsinks which are produced using all the standard manufacturing methods. Radian offers detailed thermal analysis and validation services using powerful Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and proprietary simulation packages. With this effective modeling technology, our on-site thermal design engineers can asses your designs throughout the development cycle – at Component, Board and System levels. By directly loading your CAD files into our CFD package, we can conduct the analyses you need and deliver results within a short time frame.
